Sara Cansino, of Houston, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016. She was born in Hondo, Texas on May 15, 1944 to Jesus and Francisca Escamilla. She was married to Joe Cansino for 49 years. Sara Cansino was a loving housewife and mother who had a passion for family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her music. She was preceded in death by husband Joe Cansino, parents Jesus and Francisca Escamilla, brother Roman Escamilla and grandsons Joe and Jonathan Cansino. She is survived by her daughters Janet Cansino, Susan Cansino, Sandy Trevino, son Jerry Cansino, son in law Anthony Trevino, daughter in law Monica Cansino, grandchildren Alex Cantu, Zachary Cansino, Helen Cansino, Jerry Cansino Jr., Samantha Cansino, Andrew Trevino, Anthony Trevino Jr., Courtney Trevino and her great grandchildren Alyla Peña, Zack Cansino, Juan M. Cansino. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 5:00pm. Services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2016 at 10:00am in the chapel at Forest Park East Funeral Home Webster, Texas.
