Tammy Kaye Houk, 61, of Pearland, Texas, passed away on March 5th, 2026. She was born in East Prairie, Missouri on November 3rd, 1964 to Travis and Martha Jackson. She was married to Leslie Houk for 24 years.
Tammy had a career in nursing, having earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science - Registered Nursing from the College of the Mainland in May of 1987 and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in May, 2017.
Her hobbies included collecting ceramic butterfly figurines and spoiling her cats.
She was preceded in death by her father, Travis.
She is survived by her mother, Martha Jackson; her husband, Leslie Houk; her daughter, Virginia Ball (husband: Jason Ball, children: Helen and Henry), her son, Scott Mancuso (wife: Aimee Mancuso, children: Easton and Elleanor), and her son, Zachary Mancuso (wife: Anna Mancuso).
