Bill served his country in WWII with the Royal Navy. He then made his home in Houston, Texas where he worked over 50 years at the Port of Houston in the Stevedoring Business.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Mary. Survivors include his children Kathryn Hammond, William S. Robb, Alan Robb and wife Barbara and Douglas Robb. Also sharing his loss are his grandchildren Cody Hammond and his family, Chris Robb and his family, Thompson Robb, Alex Robb and Sydney Robb. He also leaves behind his great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
There will be a celebration of his life on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 10:00 am at Forest Park East Funeral Home.
