Mona's 100 year journey in life sadly ended on January 11, 2026. She is now at peace in her eternal home.
Mona was born in Irvinestown, Northern Ireland to a large and loving family of 14 siblings. As a young adult she moved to England for a number of years to work. Eventually, she immigrated to Canada with her sister and brother and worked as an assistant in an insurance company. She met her husband Raymond Howe and they welcomed their son Michael.
On hot summer days, family and friends always knew and appreciated that they would get her invitation to come for a visit and enjoy a refreshing swim.
During retirement, Mona looked forward to her trips to Florida and winning bid euchre at her seniors club.
Mona is survived by her son Michael Howe, nieces, nephews and her 4 remaining siblings.
