Passed away peacefully Sunday February 12, 2017 at Seven Oakes Nursing Home in Scarborough. Cheryl was predeceased by her parents, Charles & Ann Perkins. She is survived by her three brothers John (Grace), Philip (Terri), Jeffery Perkins, two sons, Richard (Jenny) MacCormack, and Christopher Davis. Also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, cousins, and friends. In Cheryl's memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or to a charity of your choice.
