HARFORD, Christine Diane - 1937 - 2011 Passed away suddenly on Friday, February 11, 2011. Daughter of Lily (Ripley) and Robert Southwell and sister of Earle (all deceased). Diane married Charles in 1959 but death separated them in 2001. Their beautiful infant daughter Lesley Ann was born in 1966 and died the same year of crib death. Diane had many special people in her lifetime. Arlene McCombs (from 1943), Charles and Alice Azzarello (from 1956). These two families and their children meant more to her than they could ever realize. In 2010, she reconnected with her first love, Gordon Robb. Plus there are so many people from all walks of life that were truly so special to her and too numerous to mention. She volunteered at her condo with the Social Activity Committee and also with the Board of Directors. Her few remaining relatives reside in Ontario, Canada and Yorkshire, England. A Celebration of Diane's Life will be held on Sunday, February 20th from 1-4 p.m. at 121 Ling Road, Scarborough in the Party Room. Memorial donations may be made to The Cancer Society or The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
