It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Duncan (Dick) Fraser on April 3, 2026 in Toronto, at the age of 87.
Dick was predeceased by his loving wife Judy. He will be remembered by his children, Kevin (Dianna) and Mark. His grandson Christopher (Jenn), and great grandson, Mitch.
At his personal request, no services will be held.
