Peacefully yet unexpected, on Monday January 9, 2017 at Fosterbrooke LTC, Newcastle, in his 91st year. Predeceased by his wife Barbara Endersby (1995), parents Herbert and Winifred, brothers Jack and George. Survived by his sisters; Jean Lamacraft, Ruby Clegg, Carole and Shirley Endersby. “Pete” will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Pete is also predeceased by his companion Daisy Holroyd. A celebration of Pete’s life will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. East, West Hill, on Sunday May 7th, 2017 at 1 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and or Canadian Cancer Society.
