Eric is survived by his loving wife Lillian. He was predeceased by his parents Victor and Zetta Jackson and his sister Margaret Elaine Richardson.
Eric has always considered himself lucky to start his career in a profession he loved, as a club golf professional. He enjoyed talking about the many experiences and travels he enjoyed in that profession. He later worked in various sales positions while still enjoying many years of golf with friends and other golf enthusiasts. He considered himself blessed.
At Eric's request there will be no memorial service. His remains have been entrusted to Giffen-Mack Funeral Home for cremation. To share a memory, please see below. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association, the Salvation Army, for whom he had great respect, or another charity of choice.
