Erika Milewski July 22, 1934 – April 26, 2024. Passed peacefully in her sleep at home on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the age of 89. Erika immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1962 and settled in Scarborough where she raised her family. She was a tremendous cook and baker, as well as having a green thumb. She loved gardening and spent many hours tending to her flower gardens in West Hill.
Erika was predeceased by her husband Herbert, and her eldest son Peter.
Left to mourn are her children, Brigette and David (Kimberley), daughter-in-law Maureen, and grandchildren, Michael (Heather), Daniel (Michelle), Emily, and Marcus.
As per Erika’s wishes, no public visitation will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Erika’s honour may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
