Passed away suddenly on January 29, 2015 at RVHS Centenary Hospital . Loving son of David and the late Joyce . Beloved brother to Bruce. Patrick will be greatly missed by his uncle Frank and his partner Jean. Cherished cousin of Margaret, Elizabeth and Michael. Patrick will be lovingly & forever remembered in our hearts.
