Peacefully on February 26, 2013 in his 78th year. He is survived by his loving wife Crystal of 41 years, daughters Cheryle, Desiree, Jackie, and Justine; granddaughters Raedan and Falon. Percy will be dearly missed by brother Norman Able, Ossie and Sister Winnie Brooms, extended family and many friends.
