Ray was one of my best friends for 57 years. Ray,Mona,Jean and I spent some lovely times together-dancing,playing cards,and going on vacations. In more recent times Ray and I had some very interesting discussions about economic issues.--I will really miss him.

I have many memories of  my Uncle Ray but my favourite is when I accidently bumped into him during my lunch break at Centennial Arena...I watched him enjoy pleasure skating for an hour...I didn't even know he had this talent

I have many memories...but one that I'll never forget is accidently meeting Uncle Ray during my lunch break at Centennial arena....it was delightful to watch him enjoy pleasure skating...I didn't even know he had such a talent.

My fondest memory of Uncle Raymond is the patience and joy he always showed in showing his nieces and nephews how to play the guitar or how to play a game or use a computer. He spent hours and hours with us when others would have given up long before. He was a learned man with a lot of knowledge and wisdom. He will be missed.  Niece Janice Medland ( nee Charlton )
