Stella Doreen McIntosh

It is with sadness we share the passing of our amazing mother, Mrs. Stella Doreen McIntosh. Stella was born in St. Vincent on October 11th, 1922, and passed away in Toronto, ON August 17, 2022, at the age of 99. She was a devoted mother and leaves behind 6 girls and 3 boys: Gordon, Joycelyn, Ardon, Rhonda, Margaret, Yolande, Janice, Addis, Godfrey and survived by a great number of grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She raised her children with love and devotion in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with her husband Cyril McIntosh.

Stella was a member of the Saint Vincent Anglican Church Choir. Also, an avid member of the St. Margaret In-The-Pines Parish Church. Stella came from a musical family and played several instruments including, the Cornet, Trumpet, and Violin. Hobbies included painting and singing.

We thank you Lord for allowing us to have our Mother for so many years. She was not only our mother but our best friend. We thank you for all the blessings, prayers, and love in abundance. We will miss the sound of your sweet voice. The hugs, love, prayers, and smiles. God took you to a better place in which to call home. Mom. We thank you with all our broken hearts. Rest in perfect peace. Gone, but will never be forgotten.

Please join the family on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 5 pm to 8 pm at Giffen-Mack “Scarborough” Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Avenue East, West Hill for Visitation. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, August 27 at 11 am at St. Margaret In-The-Pines Parish, 4130 Lawrence Avenue East, West Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charitable organization in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
