Tracey will be remembered for her love of music, her beautiful smile and her exuberant spirit. She will be greatly missed by her father Donald, her four brothers, and many other friends and family, especially her family at Christian Horizons.
Visitation for Tracey will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. E. 9one block west of Kingston Rd.) on Monday May 30, 2016 from 10:00am-11:00am with a service in the chapel to follow at 11:00am. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery.
