

Darryl Rudolph Sr., 55, of Lake Park, Florida, entered into Eternal rest on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Darryl was born July 11, 1961 in Bessemer, AL, to Stephney and Mary Rudolph. Darryl was a hard worker that owned a landscaping and maintenance business. He spent most of his weekends traveling to his son, Travis’s football games and working in lawns with his oldest son, Darryl Jr. He also enjoyed spending time with his wife and grandchildren at family events.
Darryl married Linda Tillman in 1988. She had a two year old daughter from her previous marriage and they later produced two sons, Darryl Jr. and Travis. Darryl was employed for many years at Ryder, Dixie Plywood, and Cassidy as a truck driver and AC maintenance and repairman. Over the years, he opened his landscaping business that is currently being operated by his son, Darryl Jr. Darryl was respected and loved for his honest, trustworthy character, strong work ethic, and generous donations throughout the community.
Darryl will always be lovingly remembered for his strong work ethics, quiet strength, genuine concern and willingness to help anyone. He selflessly shared his love and wisdom with his family, friends, neighbors, and anyone in need. Darryl was always there to help friends with household projects, coaching sports, or whatever else they needed him for. He had a very kind heart and quick wit and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Darryl is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Rudolph, daughter, Terrenie Pannell (Harvey Pannell) two sons, Darryl Rudolph Jr. and Travis Rudolph; two grandchildren, Adrian Moncrieffe Jr. and Harmonie Pannell, his sisters, Dorthy and Cheryl Rudolph of Decatur, GA; brothers, Arthur Hardy and John Rudolph of Lowndes County, AL and Milbert Rudolph of Chicago, IL; aunts, Lorine Rudolph of Collerine, AL and Annie Thomas of Sardis, AL; great uncle, Tom Rudolph of Collerine, AL and a numerous amount of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends in Alabama and West Palm Beach.
