Survived by his wife Lucrecia Diaz of 58 years and had three sons:
Robert Diaz, Jolson Diaz and Eric Diaz. He also had two children with his former wife Ydalia Collado, Noel Diaz and Milady Collado.
Jose had 9 grandchildren:
Joey Diaz, Denise Diaz, Anthony Betancourt, Luke Diaz, Bobby Diaz, Caeser Collado, Juan Carlos Collado, Noely Diaz, Philip Guerra.
He also had 7 great grandchildren:
Starr Lee Guerra, Haley Marie Guerra, Jaydon Anthony Guerra, Anais Diaz, Analiah Torres, Junior Diaz and Sophia Collado.
Funeral services will be at Funeraria Blandino in Santiago Dominican Republic Friday, May 1 at 10:00 AM.
