They were preceded in death by Andrea Belfer (Daughter), Ruth Serin (Mother), Phil Belfer (Father). They are survived by Charlotte Belfer (Wife), Wayne Belfer (Son), Glenn (Laura) Belfer (Son), Mr. Belfer leaves behind 6 Grandchildren to cherish his memory.
