William Richard Howell, 67, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on January 21, 2014. Bill was born in Dayton, Ohio, but had been a Florida resident since 1962. He graduated from Lake Worth High School in 1964 and served in the US Army in Vietnam. Later, he was the sole proprietor of Howell Transportation. Bill loved fishing, boating and the Florida lifestyle. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard William and Lucille Frances Howell. He leaves his sisters; Jean Howell (Harry) of Wellington, FL and Diana Mason (Michael) of San Francisco, CA, nephew; Erik Howell of Lake Worth, FL, and niece, Katrina Howell of Orlando. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 5411 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, 33417.
