I am sorry to hear of the loss of your mother.   IT has been many years now and I can still here some of the conversations you had with her.   I hope this message finds you well as we have lost contact over the years.

Sincere sympathy to you Francis on the sad passing of your mum Julia.  Aunt Julia was an incredible Lady who lived life to the full having left Lough Hyne, Skibereen  over 70 years ago and who was a source of inspiration to my late mother Nora when she also resided in Buffalo NY in the 1950's. 
Our Sympathy also to our cousins in Buffalo  and also to her sister Kathy and our cousins here in Ireland.

Deepest sympathy to Francis and the extended Burke and McManus families on the death of your beloved Julia. In Sept '23, I holidayed in the  USA with my best friend Mary Scanlon (Julia's niece) and had the greatest privilege of meeting Julia and staying in her beautiful home for 5 days. The hospitality and welcome that she extended will remain with me forever and we had the most wonderful time in her company. May her kind and gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
