He resided in Midvale, Utah. Alberto is survived by his wife, Lilia Garcia, and his children: Sergio Santiago, Cesar Santiago, Carmen Torres, Eldwin Torres, Natali Torres, David Torres, Omar Jr Torres, and Emmanuel Torres.
A visitation will be held at Valley View Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah, on December 18, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The visitation will also be available via live stream at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/c25128950743620.
A viewing will take place at Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 7405 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, Utah, on December 19, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at the same location from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A graveside service will be conducted at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, Utah, on December 19, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
