Her journey with cancer began with her first diagnosis at the young age of 18, which she courageously overcame. She was diagnosed again in 2002 and once more in 2015—each time facing the challenge with strength and determination and conquering it. Her final diagnosis in 2023 was met with the same tenacity, love, and grace that she demonstrated throughout her life. Despite her many health challenges, Andria lived a fun, happy, and fulfilling life centered around the people she loved most—her family.
Andria lived a life filled with compassion and empathy for everyone she met. She had a deep love for animals from a very young age and would have welcomed every one of them into her home if she could. Above all, Andria cherished her family and the time they spent together playing games, watching football, or simply visiting and enjoying one another’s company.
She graduated from Granite High School in 1989. Andria developed a strong work ethic early in life, beginning her career at Friendship Manor at 15 years old. She later spent more than 20 years working in the mortgage industry at various companies, concluding her career with Kind Lending. Her family is deeply grateful to Kind Lending for the exceptional support, kindness, and care they showed her over the past three years.
Andria is survived by her husband, Shane Jakeman; her children, Sydney and Dylan Jakeman; her parents, Ross and Karma Low; her sisters, Stacy Feinstein and Charity Lynch (Brent); as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
