Angela Marie King, age 25, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 5, 2020, while on vacation in Clearwater, Florida. Our sweet Angela was born August 10, 1994 in Longview, Washington to Kristal King (Morgan).
She grew up in West Valley City and graduated from Kearns High School in 2012. Angela had a passion for helping others. She worked as a Kitchen Manager for Western Hills Elementary displaying great pride in her job. She played a key role during the COVID-19 pandemic in providing information via Social Networking for parents.
Angela enjoyed spending time with her son, Alejandro, camping under the stars, all types of music and going to concerts. She had a great sense of humor and was very witty. She loved spending time with friends and family and would often keep the conversation going.
Angela is survived by her son, Alejandro (3). She is also survived by her parents Kristal and Tony; sister, MaKayla; brothers, Zack and Tyler; grandparents, Bob and Denise Morgan, and Richard King; and many cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Arlene King and most recently her great grandparents Robert and Bonnie Morgan.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Funeral Home, 4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm at the same location (by invitation only due to Covid). Please wear masks.
