Charlotte Ann Fleenor

St. George, UT: I left this world on October 18th at the age of 79 surrounded by my loved ones. I was born on August 12th, 1946 in Dragerton, Utah to Robert Perry & Bertha Page Williams. I was the youngest of four: Sonny, Pat, and Jack. I was raised in a small coal mining town where I went to elementary, junior high, and high school. I loved living in a small town. I remember Christmas was always fun. We had coal miners that would dress up as Santa Claus and deliver bags of fruit and candy to each home. "Christmas in a small town," there is nothing more beautiful. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I moved to Salt Lake where I lived with my sister. I worked at a small cafe in Murray called Tony's. I met and

married Jerry Daniel, and we had two beautiful daughters, Nancy and Tammy. Later we divorced. I went to work for Quality Inn Motel in Murray. I worked there for a year. I met and married Jay Fleenor and we had three sons: Jay, Tom, and Eddie. We were married for 34 years. Entering into this marriage, I gained three wonderful step children: Teresa, Timmy, and Tracy. We moved to Magna, Utah in 1975. I went to work for Laird Telemedia for 10 years. We started our own business, JDF Finishing, in 1990. In 2000, Jay passed away. Eddie and I continued operating JDF until 2012. At this point we sold the business. I retired and moved to St. George, Utah with the Love of My Life and lifelong partner, Brent Fawcett, where we bought a Townhome. I loved camping, fishing, bowling, golfing, BBQing and spending time with my family. One of the funnest times after I retired was going to Memphis, Tennessee, to visit Graceland. I Loved Elvis Presley. I loved going on cruises, traveling, and taking long rides in the canyons.

I am preceded in death by my parents; my brothers: Sonny and Jack; my sister, Pat, who I miss so much; my brother-in-law, Gordon Chidester; my son-in-laws: Paul Lawson and Rick Ruybal; step mother, Ruth Williams; and great granddaughter, Sophie Grace Douglas. I am survived by my Best Friend and Partner, and The Love of My Life for 22 years, Brent Fawcett. My children: Nancy Ruybal, Tammy Lawson, Jay (Mary) Fleenor, Tommy Fleenor, Eddie (Cheryl) Fleenor; six step children: Teresa Ward, Tim Guymon, Tracy (Toni) Guymon, Brandi (David) Palmer, Kevin ( Cassandra) Fawcett & Cody Fawcett; 25 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 @ 11:00 am.
