Dean Clifford Perry

Dean Clifford Perry our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022. He was born April 15, 1943 in Manti, Utah to Marvin Perry and Francis J. Ellsworth. Dean was raised in Sunnyside, Utah, where he acquired his love of all things outdoors. His Passion for Hunting and Fishing are a legacy that his children and grandchildren all share.

He attended trade school for Autobody and Paint and served in the military shortly thereafter. Dean married Jolene Jensen June 3, 1967. They moved to West Valley City, Utah where they had two boys, Troy and Jody. Dean had a long career in Heavy Equipment Mechanics. He worked for Western Road Machine for over 43 years.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jolene, his sons: Troy (Jamie) and Jody (Shenagh), 3 grandchildren: Meghan (Landon), Cody (Emily) and Austin; 2 great grandchildren: Caroline and a new little boy (TBD) and brother-in-law, Jack Jensen, extended family, Jazena and Taila Marie Robinson. Dean is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kenneth and Laird Perry.

To honor his memory a Celebration of Life will be Thursday, July 28, 2022, 11:00 am at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley, Utah.
