She held our hands for a while, but our hearts Forever! Mom left this world with her children by her side in Pocatello Care and Rehab Center to join her sweetheart and parents. Born to Leon E. and Mildred Moore.
Mom married the love of her life, Don Anderson on March 28, 1948, and was later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on March 23, 1949. Mom has two sisters, Donna (Joe) Van de Merwe, Shirley (deceased), (Kim) Davis, and one brother, Earl L. (deceased) (Kay) Moore. Mom has 5 children, Jeanette (Russ) Farnworth, Tooele, UT, Debra (Greg) Baker, Pocatello, ID, Christie (Joe) Valdez, Ogden, UT, Don (Pam) Anderson, Pueblo, CO and Carey (Greg) Tomich, Pocatello, ID; 17 grandchildren, one is deceased, 31 great grandchildren, one is deceased, and 4 great-great grandchildren. Mom loved her family and loved to travel.
Join us in a Celebration of Mom’s life on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 until 9 p.m.; and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
