Gordon Earl Scott

Born January 3, 1976 to Doug Scott and Sharrie Alsop. Gordon was the loving husband to Jeni; Daddy to Shaelyn, Anissa and Caroline; and number “1” uncle to Matty, Melodey, Shaylee, Junior, Candace, Annalisa Sierra, Harlee, Jackson, Michael, Angelica, Alec and Hawk.

If there was ever a flat tire to change, a battery to be jumped, a light bulb to be replaced - Gordon was there - day or night, rain or shine. His big heart touched everyone he came in contact with. A big hole is left in the hearts of his loving wife Jeni and his children; his dad, Doug and step-mother, Tammy; his mom, Sharrie and step-father, Randy Alsop; his sisters and brothers, Cherish (Jack) Solomon, Tricia Scott, Mindy (Nate) Anderson, Heather (Larry) Begay, and Harry (Darcie) Wilkie; Gramma and Grampa Arlan Jay and Sherrie Reynolds, Michael and Sharon Scudder; many special aunts and uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention. Preceded in death by Gramma and Grampa Earl Scott Jr. and Verona B. Scott. We Love You Gordon! Our love will see us through. Until we meet again.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Jordan North 4th Ward Chapel, 4270 Falcon Street. The family will receive friends at a visitation Sunday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the Ward.
