

Héctor “Negó” Arpero Ramirez passed away August 30, 2024, in Midvale, UT. Born February 23, 1953, in Villagrán, Guanajuato, Mexico to Felipe Arpero Alvarado and Rosa Ramirez Martinez. Married to Ma Marcela Narváez Gasca in 1972.
Héctor comes from a family of very talented musicians, he himself plays saxophone, clarinet, flute and drums. As a music enthusiast he enjoyed a variety of genres. Héctor enjoyed showing off his dance moves, especially to a good mambo. He loved to make people laugh and was known to pull a good prank. Papá Negó will be deeply missed by his children, grandchildren, family and countless friends here and in México. Negó is now reunited with his lifelong love Maché. “Dios Nunca Muere.”
Héctor is survived by his children – daughter Christina Arpero (José), sons Héctor Arpero (Shauntel) and Esaú Arpero (Ashley), daughters Marcela Arpero (Juán), Amalia Prado (Lorenzo) and Nereida Arpero (Andrés), 21 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, sister Ma Raquel Arpero Ramirez (Heraclio), Graciela Arpero Ramirez (Rafael), Felipe Arpero Ramirez (Marta), Gerardo Arpero Ramirez (Raquel), Rosaelia Arpero Ramirez, Alejandro Arpero Ramirez (Josefina).
Héctor is preceded in death by his wife Ma Marcela Narváez, parents Felipe Arpero Alvarado and Rosa Ramirez Martinez, siblings Silvia Arpero Ramirez, Gilberto E. Arpero Ramirez and Juan Manuel Arpero Ramirez.
Viewing will be Friday, September 6th, 2024, from 6 pm-8 pm at Valley View Memorial Park, 4355 West 4100 South, West Valley City, UT.
Services will be Saturday, September 7th, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2840 South 9000 West, Magna, UT. Interment to follow at Valley View Memorial Park, 4355 West 4100 South, West Valley City, UT.
