It’s been one year since you left us.  Your family thinks of you often and we miss you.

It's been 12 months since you left us to join Mom.  I miss our morning touchpoint calls and our discussions on politics, gym life, and how things are going.

You were one of the best people that I've had the opportunity to be around. I considered you a mentor and always will . As respectable as someone can be, smart and wise. Now you're in a better place.

I can still remember meeting you when I was 15 years old; you were the first Californian I met.  You were a great husband, friend to my Mom over all the years.

Your love of travel with Mom will always be a memory I cherish.  You both enjoyed your trips to Europe, the food and the sights.  I loved the stories you both shared of your travels.

You were not a great cook- you left that to Mom.  But  wow- you ruled the BBQ with happiness and joy.  From the Weber came the incredible meals, lamb, chicken, roasts and your classic hamburgers.  Your love of a great buffet is something with our family.  The day that you; Emily, Sarah and Ryan has a great time together in Salt Lake is priceless.

As great man in my life you provided advice, and assistance to the best of your ability. You enjoyed being called Grandpa Jerry with all of us here.  

I love you Jerry, you are at rest with Mom.

For a very long time Jerry has always called me on Tuesdays at 8:00 am sharp. When I didn't get a call this week I figured it would come yesterday since he was leaving on his trip.  When no call I did a search and found this.
He was my best friend when he hired me at Grayline, always took care and time for me and always ended our calls with I Love You Dwaine
