Thomas Lynn Henderson

Tom was born on Feb 27, 1941, in Logan, Utah, to Herman and Peggy Henderson. He grew up in Cache Valley, where he and his four siblings often got into mischief. After graduating high school, Tom served in the United States Air Force.

Tom met the love of his life, Donna, and they were married on Nov 5, 1976. Their marriage was later sealed for time and eternity in the Jordan River Temple on Sep 16, 2008.

He was a proud father and grandfather who cherished spending time with his family and friends. Those who knew him will remember his spontaneous sense of humor and his unwavering love for his family.

He loved to travel and go on family vacations. He especially enjoyed spending time with all his children and grandchildren around the table, playing card games, and making memories. His passions included puzzles of all kinds, fishing, bowling, and BYU sports.

Tom is survived by his wife, Donna; sons Steve (Sheryl), Jim (Allie), Roger (Kim), and his favorite daughter, Gina (Chris); 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren, and his sister Gayle Richman

He was greeted in Heaven by his parents Herman and Peggy; brothers, LaVon and Darrell; and sister, Faye.

Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life to be held on Mar 26, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Tom's life will be held on March 27, 2025, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building, 4251 South 4800 West, West Valley City, Utah 84120. Viewing will begin at 10:00 am, followed by a family prayer at 10:45 am and the funeral service at 11:00 am followed by interment at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South.
