Veto Roco Montrone

Veto was born October 27, 1927 in Granger, Utah to Joseph Montrone and Anna Castellano. He attended Cyprus High School. He married Eunice Jane Waters on December 9, 1950 in Murray, Utah. Veto was a member of the Catholic Church.

He loved the great outdoors and did a lot of hunting and fishing. He was a big NASCAR fan. Veto donated a lot of his time to doing brick masonry work in the community, which was his profession for 20 years. He was the owner and operator of A1 Exterminators for 35 years.

Surviving relatives include his Wife: Jane Montrone; Son: Randy Montrone; Son-in-law: Jerry Mark; Siblings: Ralph Montrone, Bette Corso, Mary Behunin, and Joann Barker.

Preceded in death by his Parents: Joseph and Anna Montrone; Daughter: Linda; Siblings: Geneva, Josephine, John, and Paul.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Alissa and Serena from hospice care.

Services will takes place on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. A viewing will be held from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM at Valley View Funeral Home 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 at Valley View Memorial Park 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120.
