Jean Morse

July 14, 1932 – March 6, 2013

Born in Saltville, VA to John William “Bill” Henderson and Nina Rozella Johnson,Jean was the oldest of 11 children.

Jean Graduated from Pulaski Hospital School of Nursing with a Registered Nursing degree in 1952. Jean was employed as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years. Retiring from Fountain Valley Community Hospital in 1994.Survived by her children; Kristine Hamblen, Roberta Perrone, Kimberly Parido, Bill Hodge, Mitzi Manda, and Jay Morse. Preceded in death by husband, Harold Morse and Son, Mark Hodge.Grandchildren; Shane Adams, Jacob Adams, Spring Dunn, Rochelle Roch, Matthew Hodge, Rebekkah Hodge, Tyler Chrisco, Whitney Solano, Hayley Young, Kyle Parido, Keith Manda, Ryan Manda, Jason Morse, Cooper Morse, Lukas Morse, and Ruby Morse. Great-Grandchildren; Corbin Adams, Jude Adams, Sage Adams, Wyatt Adams, Lane Adams, Jordyn Chrisco, Jayden Chrisco, Landyn Chrisco, Cheyenne Solano, Alex Solano, Carter Solano, Bethany Roch and Addison Roch.Siblings; Thomas Gerald Henderson, Sheila DeBord, Charles Henderson, Rudy Henderson, Linda McElroy, Garland Henderson, Danny Henderson, and Diane Allison.Preceded in death by Siblings; Michael Henderson and James “Buddy” Henderson. A memorial will be held on Wednesday March 13th at the Westminster Memorial, 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683 at 12 Noon. The family is requesting that you wear purple, Jean’s favorite color. There will be a reception at Mitzi’s house after the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
