Julia was born on October 8, 1951 to Parino Moss and Philomena Moss (D' Orazio)
Julia worked as a travel agent for the United States Navy and for independent travel agencies for over thirty years.
She is survived by her Husband; James Kelemen, married 43 years. Children; Jason Eberwein, Christina Kelemen, Jeffrey Kelemen, Grandchildren; Heather Smith, Matthew Leonhard, Cassidy Eberwein and Gabriel Eberwein, Siblings: Sabia Milligan, Carmella Nichols and her brother Parino Moss.
