Phillip Craig Neal, a resident of Mission Viejo, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 2:00 pm, Westminster Memorial Park and Mortuary, Lakeside Chapel.
