Words can’t describe how much I miss you! I was always a Daddy’s girl and you spoiled me rotten. You were taken way too soon and my heart is hurting because of it. You were the best dad & Pop Pop anyone could ever have. You were always there for all of us no matter what.  You brought love & happiness to each and every one of us. You were a very hard worker and always did everything you could do to provide for your family and we all can’t thank you enough. You showed us what true love was. The love that you and mom had for each other will never be forgotten! I miss you so very much but will never forget all of the great memories!  Luke, Joshua & Christian love you so much-please watch over them and protect them.  Rest In Peace Daddy...Until we Meet Again! I love you Daddy!

I worked for Tom for many years at Northrop Grumman.  I was an Industrial Engineer in the office and in order to be promoted to the next level I needed shop floor experience.  Tom was the manager that believed in me and supported me to become the first female industrial engineer on the shop floor.   I remember when he supported Bingo late into the night and came into work the next day just beat and tired but he was a real trooper and worked throughout the day and you would never know he only got a few hours’ sleep.  He was always so calm, level headed and collected even when work around him was chaotic.   He was the best manager/mentor!
Tom was such the nicest guy I ever met.  He was the quintessential family man and talked proudly of his family.   He was a joy to be around.  He will be missed but never forgotten.  Rest in Peace.

 I remember Tom walking through the house in the midst of some home improvement project with a caulking gun. He'd come through the house each time with something funny to say like, "nice caulk" or "using my caulk" with that goofy little grin and a chuckle. That man loved his projects and a good sexual innuendo! And we loved him all the more for it 

 I also remember so many personal moments with him .

 A trip to Arizona to watch Cine and Laura play ball.
We were all going to dinner at a restaurant called, according to Paula.......Enchiladas....... Tom in his car and me driving our car.
We drove around looking for this highly touted restaurant. Finally , Tom and I pulled over to talk about what next, because we couldn't find ....Enchiladas. At the same time ,we both look up and saw it! The place was ......Aunt Chillada's!
Thought we were both going to lose it right there . Never laughed so hard ......... except.....
After several pitchers of the house Margaritas, Jen put her stemmed Margarita glass on top of her head and declared herself a " Tele tubby. "

 One Park City trip dad was on a nacho kick - he ordered nachos in every single place we stopped at! He was yelling 'nnnaaaccchhhoooossss' real loud - I caught this pic of him doing it. It had Robert Kathy & I cracking up the entire day 

I have nothing but fond memories of Tom.  He was kind, funny, an amazing father and husband. I was very close friends with Tom's daughter Jennifer. We played softball together for years on the Batbusters. We grew up together and spent a lot of time together on and off the field. We we're a tight knit softball family. Tom was one of the many Dads we all could look up to. Kind, gentle and loving. There are so many memories of uncontrollable laughing and shenanigans. Tom you will be deeply missed. Until we meet again in paradise! Love you!❤

Our Uncle Tom was always an important part of our lives as we were growing up… As we were closer in age to him than we were to any of our other Uncles and Aunts, he felt less like an Uncle and more like a Brother. We all LOVE him, even when we were jealous because he and our sister Kathy got to sit at the grownups table during Thanksgiving and other family dinners. But that's OK, we had more fun at our table. We will miss you so much, your strength, your sense of humor, your smile, and most of all your LOVE…  

Tom is a wonderful and warm person  with a gentle smile.  He is a hard worker, always ready to help others, a good listener and treated everybody with respect.  People loved to work for him.  

His love for the family,  healthy lifestyle including joggings in  Mile Square Park and Cycling are etched in our memories.   His valiant and successful fight for his life in Colorado will always be remembered.

May his soul rest in Peace!

I worked for Tom for many years and consider him as one of the best managers I ever worked for. He gave me consistent and firm support in everything I did and was a true friend.  I will miss him dearly and hope that the LORD will keep him by his side always.  My sincerest condolences to the entire Clark family.

Tom always reminded me as the ultimate American cowboy, with that particular walk that he had, devoted family man, quiet personality but great smile, straight shooter, and always on the side of rightfulness. We always talked about retiring and traveling to Rosarito for some margaritas, I guess he has been there sometime ago in a bicycle run to Ensenada. We both retired about the same time; been himself, he did not wanted a big luncheon or party, instead he accepted my invitation for lunch across the street from El Segundo site into a small Mexican restaurant, where we both share some Coronas and talked about the great retirement future ahead of us. This is my last memory of Tom and I will cherish it for the rest of my life. I will miss you my friend.

Tom always struck me first and foremost as a sincere family man.  I have the ultimate respect for him also because he was always his "own person" who never flinched from telling the truth to anyone who needed to hear it. Such people are rare. Tom, you will be missed.

We are fortunate to have been part of the softball community that has fostered many lifetime friendships.  More so, we shared the Batbuster and Fresno State Bulldog families with Tom and Kathy.   We thrive on these memories of times spent together in the stands, the snack bar, the airports and family celebrations.  We are thankful for Facebook so we still feel
 a part of all the joys in the Clark family.   Tom and Kathy are genuinely wonderful, committed people.  It hurts that they are separated for now, but not for all time.  Sending our love and support always.

I'm so sad that such a patient and kind mentor is gone so soon. Tom helped me to realize my servant- leadership qualities, he called me a "mother hen". The Williams family extends the deepest sympathies to the Clark family.

We will remember all the camping trips we made. Cooking in the snow.  And playing ping pong at the cabin. Tom you will always be in our hearts. 

I met dad and mom a few years ago and they instantly took me in and treated me like one of the kids. We had many drinks and laughs together. Two summers ago I spent most my free time doing yard work next to him, and helping him paint the patio and steps. That is when he proclaimed me to be an honorary Clark. A moment and memory I will never forget. My heart and love goes out to everyone. Everyday will be a little grayer without in it. 

I love you dad. 

My memories of Tom are mostly from many ballparks throughout 4 plus years, when my daughter Krista  played with Tom's daughter Jennifer  on the Batbusters for Gary Hanning.  I was always so impressed with his ability to watch the game, give encouragement, but not take it all too seriously, and still be able to pay attention to all of his other kids. He had a great sense of humor and through out those years and all the traveling that was done, he kept all us parents laughing.  He was a kind man, wonderful father and husband. Tom was a great guy and a wonderful boss. I worked for him for many years at Northrop. He was all family, that was all he lived for. I've been retired 18 years and will never forget all my friends from work, especially Tom. Rest in Peace my friend.....

I am truly sorry for your loss, Tom was my manager at NorthropGrumman for many years. Tom was a great friend and co-worker, we shared many stories about our family. My family and I are praying for his family.
