William A. “SKIP” Coad of Orange, California passed away in his home at the age of 70 on April 28, 2016. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends when he lost his courageous battle with cancer.
Skip was a proud Marine who served in Vietnam. His business he started over 30 years ago, “Americoat Powdercoating and Manufacturing” is still going strong to this day. His creativity and innate ability to build whatever he put his mind to is apparent in his various street rods over the years. The latest being his “Bucket List” car as he would put it was a gorgeous Red ’57 Chevy Bel Air Convertible. He was an emotional man who loved his family and friends with an enormous passion. He will truly be missed but will live on forever in our hearts.
A visitation will take place on Sunday, May 8, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel with a graveside service to follow.
Arrangements under the direction of Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary ~FD1030, Westminster, CA.
