Cyril was predeceased by his parents, George and Hazel Breckenridge.
Cyril will be fondly remembered by his brother, Wendell (Cindy) Breckenridge of Sherwood Park, AB; as well as his niece, Marlaina and nephews, Everett and Craig Breckenridge all of Sherwood Park, AB.
Cyril (Cy) was born in Weyburn and graduated from the Weyburn Comprehensive in 1977. He continued his education at the Kelsey Institute in Saskatoon and received his First Class Welding ticket. Cy later moved to Alberta and then to B.C. to pursue a career in Welding and Steam Fitting. Cyril spent the last years of his life at the Tatagwa Nursing Home. His favourite past times were reading non-fiction books, collecting music and researching his genealogy.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Tatagwa Nursing Home for their care and kindness to Cyril for the past three years.
A Private family Graveside Service for Cyril will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, Saskatchewan, where his ashes will be laid to rest alongside his parents.
