

Luella was predeceased by her parents, Adolph and Amelia Hein; husband, Fred McClinton; infant daughter; great grandson, Leon Kot; brother, Norman (Phyllis) Hein; sisters and brother in law, Elsie (Ernie) Kennedy, June Hyland, Berna (Will) Zotzman, Olive (Lloyd) Ritchie, Sadie (Carl) Kellen; sisters and brothers in law, Isabel (Bud) Thomas, Bill Irwin, Robert (Eleanor) McClinton, Bessie (Cliff) Forry, Jean (Alex) Scott and Don (Jean) McClinton and two nephews.
Luella will be forever loved and missed by her son, James (Sylvia) McClinton of Yorkton, SK; son, Bruce (Laurel) McClinton of Oakbank, MB; daughter, Nancy (Tom) Kot of Weyburn, SK; daughter, Cara Thompson of Radville, SK; grandchildren, Bradley (Shawna) McClinton and children Paige and Rowen, Brenda (Ed) Witherspoon and children, Colby and Jaxon, Shawna McClinton, Amanda McClinton, Peter (Sylvia) Kot and children, Edyn and Kayden, Justin (Terra) Kot and children, Lucy and Dylan, Michelle Kot, Parker Thompson, Presley Thompson; step grandchildren, Kathyrn (Dustin) Kreger and daughter, Athena, William Hildebrant (Celena) and his children, Jack and Luke as well as many other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service for Luella took place on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Yellow Grass United Lutheran Partnership Church, Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan with Judy Beck officiating.
For those unable to attend in person, a Livestream/Recording of the service remains available at Luella's memorial site at the Fletcher Funeral Chapel website.
Interment followed at Yellow Grass Cemetery, Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan. Pallbearers will be Justin Kot, Bradley McClinton, Parker Thompson, Colby Witherspoon, Neil Hein and Wayne Hein.
