Marie Mae Shain 1940 ~ 2018 Marie Mae Shain passed away peacefully on Saturday August 4, 2018 at the age of 77 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Maurice and Irene Glaspey; her husband Allan in 2009; and her son Kevin in 2012. Marie Shain was born in Brandon, Manitoba on September 13, 1940. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Marie will be survived by her daughter Evett (Gord) Francis of Kelowna, British Columbia and their children: Jessica and Jeremy; sons, Bill (Holly) Shain of Calgary, Alberta and their children: Tia, Jaden, Rilynne; Cliff Shain of Weyburn and her brother, Wayne Glaspey of Victoria, British Columbia. For friends so wishing donations may be made in Marie's memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association. At the family's request there will be no funeral service. Interment to be held at Green Acres Cemetery, Weyburn at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff of Crocus Plains Villa, Weyburn for all the kindness and compassion shown to Marie.
