Thank you for your generosity to your family and for the Christian legacy you have left your children, grandchildren & now great grandchildren.  Your work on earth is done & I'm sure you are enjoying your heavenly reward.

Mary had an incredible gift of hospitality...i was often blessed in visiting the Vanstone home and enjoying Mary's gifts, faith and her great family. Special thots and prayers to Tim whom I had the privilege of teaching two years...I have always remembered lessions you taught me at Outdooor Ed Camp!  May our Lord bless you all until we join your precious Mom and all our loved ones in heaven.

As a high school student (1966 - 1970) I got to know the staff.  Mrs. Vanstone was one woman who just loved the high school kids and her generosity was legend.  She wasn't afraid to tell us "God love you" and to show and share her love for all of us.  What many wonderful memories many will have of this faithful servant of God.

I have a beautiful memory of Mary...in fact I have an old photo (circa 1970) of Mary and myself in front of a car, that was probably made in the "50's"....not sure if it was Mr Vanstone's or if it was just parked outside near the hangar where they lived. There she stood proudly in her white apron with me beside her in cutoff shorts, my hair down long and my cool aviator sunglasses. I clearly remember her feelings of joy at the thought that I had grown into a young woman ( with the help of a LOT of her prayers), and I was about to graduate from high school. I also recall how her eyes so deeply reflected her joy...tears of happiness and a smile wide and proud of The Lord 's miracle of seeing her prayers for me answered. She was a wonderful, humble, sincere and joyful woman who had a great influence on my life. May God bless your entire family through the memory of her Christ like walk in her life.

Shalom, Mary was like a mother to my sister Sandi and myself.I have many fond memories of her Christ like love that was given to all. Mary has now received her reward. May HaShem, the LORD continue to grand peace and love to the Vanstone clan.

Our deepest condolences to the family members of Mary, our prayers are with you all during this time of a great loss in your lives and during this difficult time in your lives.  We have great and wonderful memories of the role model your mother was to us when we were students at Caronport, we would visit her after graduation, when we were at Caronport and here in Saskatoon.  She left us with a legacy of hope as she always was very concerned for the souls of people and also how they were doing in life.  We will always remember her smiles, and her genuine concern for us as a family.  We loved her deeply, we will miss her, we will meet her as she is in her eternal home now. Aunt Mary was an awesome woman of God, that intercessed for the unsaved, and I pray that God fulfills her heart desire, that all would come to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We loved her and are happy she has her reward, bless the family and praying for comfort and peace thru this time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of Mary's family as you grieve her passing, yet rejoice in her Home-going.  She loved you all so much, was so proud of everyone of you and prayed for you so diligently!  I and my CEF Prayer Band members will greatly miss your mother's/Grandmother's fellowship in prayer. She always prayed so earnestly and with so much empathy for her workers and all the needs of CEF.

I am sure our Lord greetted Mary with "Well done my faithful servant!". Your Mom and Grandmother had a way of just beaming Jesus to others...My Grandmother Reevie, Bob's Mom, Eva Reist and Mr Vanstone worked together at Strickland's Carehome years ago. Many memories of their days together. Mary leaves a lifetime of memories for her family to share!! God Bless.
