While I never knew Nona well,  the times I was around her she was so kind and had such a positive and sweet way ,
Mom and her had a very special bond which mom treasured .

Memories come flooding back, of our first mtgs with Nona & her parents & siblings, beginning over 50 years ago, she was such a cheery, bubbly, happy girl! We loved our continued connections with John, Jenny & family,, & Meetings together for many years & watching their family grow up. I remember well, your wedding day, Dean, & all the excitement!
Years have passed, life has moved on & changes come, & my (our) contact hasn't been as frequent as I would have liked, ...But...when I Did cross paths with Nona, her lovely smile, & warm, caring,cheerful. solid spirit, had never changed! I'm grateful for the fact that our lives connected for those years, & that her life & influence, spurs me on to  Keep True to the end!!!

Great to have sent time with Dean and Nona in the derailment days!  Nona kept us, the office ,and our smiles in line!

Thinking of all the family so much these days....so wonderful that she had 'good days' and was loved by all. I think the last time I saw her was here in California shortly after my brother died and she shared words of comfort that I will always remember. She was a very special lady.

Nona soon became 'a forever Friend' when we moved to the Weyburn area in 2013. We shared many rides back to the farm from Thue's over those 6 years - we thought very much alike that made visiting so easy.  I miss you Nona but know you are where you are meant to be - Where all there is IS LOVE.
