Alice was born to Agnes (Karlsson) and Algot Holst on May 8, 1918, in Denver, CO. She passed away on Feburary 28, 2010, in Centennial, CO. She was preceded in death by husbands Robert Vernon (1960) and Virgil Warnken (2002), and brother, Arthur Holst (1996).
Alice is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen (Gary) Puffett, and Lisa (Jim) VanDeWege, and a step-daughter, Lois Lee (Clay) Thompson; four grandchildren, Michelle (Alec) Herring, Todd (Catherine) Puffett, Jason (Emily) Puffett, and Johanna VanDeWege; and six great-grandchildren, Sonja and Karl Herring, Charlie, Mollie, Sam, and Cooper Puffett.
