Dear Grandpa,
You were always a rock in my life. You were there to show me how to work on my car because you never wanted me stranded. I remember climbing up on your lap as a little girl, even if it was wrestling you were watching I didn't care because I was on your lap. I will always be your Snickelfritz and although you are gone (to a much better place) you will always be in my heart and you will never be forgotten! Please tell Great Grandma and Grandpa that I love them and miss them, and give them big hugs for me!

Dear Dad, Thank you for being my dad, I couldn't have chosen anyone better.You were always there for not just me and the rest of the family, but everybody else too.  It's hard to walk into the house and not see you at the table drinking coffee and reading the paper.  But I think the best thing you ever did was to take care of mom when she got sick, just like you promised her 62 years ago.  I will always love you and will miss you forever.  Love You, Penny.

I will always remember that Halloween when big David & David Jr. & Brittney put on their scary masks and rang your doorbell, you opened the door and everyone yelled "Trick or Treat" you asked who was the woman with the sad, ugly face, and I said "You know who I am" and you invited us all in for a cold drink of pop, then you poured ALL the candy into our bags!! Dear Clarence,

You are truly the last of a great legacy, a craftsman, a gentleman, and a fellow with a hell of a sense of humor.  I don't think there was ever a time I visited you that I didn't have a good laugh and learn something I could keep with me always.  My life has been touched and enriched so deeply by you and the people you influenced along the way.

Thanks for all the help and guidance over the years.  Your kindness and generosity never ceased to amaze me.  I will do my part to keep your legacy alive and to pass along a helping hand when someone needs it.
  
You are an inspiration.  And, you were right.  My Chevy ran just a little better with the Ford steel you welded into the fender (though I didn't want to admit it at the time).

Dear Dad,
  You were the best dad any child could want. You were always patient and kind and loving. I rarely ever saw you angry. You were a great husband, father, grandfather and greatgrandfather. Anyone who need help in any way could ask you and you would help out. Everywhere I went with you, someone knew you and stopped to talk. I know you are dancing in heaven with grandma, grandpa and your sister Betty, but remember to keep an eye on us because we still need you.I will miss you everyday and always love you.

Dear Grandpa, 
I cannot express to you enough just how much I will miss you. You were always full of jokes and smiles, despite anything else going on around you. It always brightened my day. I will never forget your sense of humor. You used to always tell me it was "Two hairs past a freckle" when I asked what time it was. If I were to tell you I was tired, you would say "Hi, Tired! I'm Grandpa!" The jokes never failed to bring a smile to my face. I remember the stories you always shared when you used to drive me to school before I got a car of my own. You experienced so much and always wanted to share it with us. You were an amazing part of my life and your memory will continue to be a part of my life forever. I Love you, Grandpa!

I'll always remember that it was you, before you became my brother-in-law, that took me on my first motorcycle ride down W. Alameda.  I was still in
high school.  You were a great person then and you were such a great person for the more than 60-years that Betty, your sister, was my wife.  I'll miss you, Clarence.

Grandpa, I love you. You always had a twinkle in your eye and an ornery sense of humor and you loved us all no matter our flaws.
