Daniel grew up in Westminster and graduated high school from Beth Eden High School in Wheat Ridge. He later went on to get a degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Daniel worked in a variety of fields before finding his professional niche in the technology sector. Beloved by his family, friends and coworkers, Daniel combined an unquenchable intellect with a razor sharp wit. Conversations with him would cover a dazzling array of topics. He was equally likely to quote Josephus, Sagan, or Eminem to make his point and whatever his point was--whether it left you challenged, thinking, or laughing--it always left you better for having heard it. In recent years, his passion for science led him into astrophotography, which allowed him to share his awe of the universe with all of us lucky enough to know him. Dan, your questions, your insights, your wit, your laughter, your passion, your quest for the truth was a gift to all of us. You left us far too soon, but you gave us so much with the time you had. Daniel is survived by his parents, his aunts, uncles, and cousins and his many friends.
