Debbie Hogie Loftin

She is survived by her daughter Delaney, her sisters Vicki (Gary) and Marcia (Mark), nephews Joe (Liz) and Zach (Jen), great-nephew Brogan, great-niece Mabry, and devoted Grand-pup, LillyBelle Rosie.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Wilma and Cliff “Hogie”.

She enjoyed being around her family and friends and all the pups – preferably on a good patio with a great glass of wine (but she’d settle for an okay glass on a so-so patio, giggles). She was always there for anyone who needed anything – a laugh, a drink, a friend, a dog sitter, a kiddo sitter, an opinion, and a passionate conversation.

She enjoyed people, learning about people, connecting, helping… just not in a super social setting, giggles. She enjoyed and respected where she worked and was very fond of her OLLI crew (founders, staff, members, etc.), with Central being her home. And she never got past the good ole' days with her original Barbri peeps.

She was simply the best, insanely smart and crazy strong. She was and will always be unforgettable.

Debbie is survived by her only child, Delaney Loftin. In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover medical bills and final expenses are appreciated but not necessary. Or send donations to your favorite charity.
