Debby was born on January 30, 1945, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Ray and Dixie Page. The youngest of four children, she grew up surrounded by a close and loving family. On August 7, 1965, she married her high school sweetheart, L. Richard “Rick” Lane, in McAlester, Oklahoma—a partnership that would become the foundation of a long and joyful life together.
In 1967, Debby and Rick welcomed twin daughters, Lisa (David) Goberis and Dixie (Russell) Cirillo, who remained the center of her world. The family later settled in Colorado, where they made their home for 46 wonderful years. During this time, Debby earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Resources and went on to build a successful and respected career in the field, retiring in 2003.
Debby’s greatest joy came from her family. She was blessed with four grandchildren—Andrew Goberis (Brittany), Zachary Goberis (Jessica), Page Cirillo, and Mark Cirillo—and in 2020, she welcomed her first great‑grandchild, Liam Goberis, who brought her immeasurable delight. She cherished her roles as mother, grandmother, great‑grandmother, aunt, and devoted dog mom to her beloved west poo, Sadie.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rick in 2014, as well as her parents and three siblings.
Debby will be remembered for her warmth, her strength, her generosity, and the deep love she poured into everyone fortunate enough to know her.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the charity of your choice in Debby’s honor.
