Devon graduated high school in 2018. He went on to study and work in the HVAC industry.
During his time in high school Devon was passionate about bowling and theater where he helped build sets. Being part of the Sparkles program at Arvada West brought Devon great joy. In the program, he helped special needs students improve their social, communication, and physical skills while participating in extracurricular activities such as cheerleading and school spirit. He would perform with them during football and basketball games. Devon was a brilliant student, taking honors classes in science and math.
Devon‘s happiest moments were spent with his friends, camping with family, going to concerts, snowboarding, skateboarding, coding, playing video games, going to the gym, and watching sports like football and basketball.
Anyone who knew Devon knew he was a good person with the kindest, most loving, gentle heart. He always wanted to take care of everyone. He wanted to make sure the people in his life were ok and happy. All he ever wanted was for his family to be proud of him, and for him to be proud of himself. His family knows they were, and are, immensely proud of his caring nature, kind spirit, and beautiful soul. He will be missed more than words can say by his family and friends.
Devon will be buried at Olinger Crown Hill.
