My name  Is Ricky I was married to Dorothy's niece Virgie.  What I remember about Dorothy is that she was a very hard working and caring woman.  I also remember when she told me she loved Elvis and I  asked her do you have any Elvis she said no so I ended up recording her some Elvis I thought it would just be his greatest hits but I ended up his movie music  gospel music and his Christmas music. She was so happy and thanked me. I was so happy to do it for her because she reminded me so much of my Aunt. Rest In Peace beautiful lady.

Aunty, we have always loved you so much, you have been my big Sister, my 2nd. Mother at a time I needed you most. We will always remember the fun times we had on camp trips, family gatherings,  and dancing to great music in our bedroom we shared.

We shared stories about our aches and pains at a birthday party for Candice's son.  I asked if you had thought about trying medical marijuana or creams.  You were so funny as you shared your experience with it.  I had only met you once before,  but it felt like I had known you forever.  I know you will be missed by many.   Rest in Peace Dorothy🙏💖
