Etha Louise Logan was born on May 10, 1927 in Whitewright Texas at home with an attending doctor and other family members. She passed away peacefully at age 93, January 11, 2021 in Greenwood Village Colorado.
Etha attended Whitewright High School in Texas and graduated as class president at 17 years of age. She loved athletics and played basketball and was also a cheerleader. Etha attended Methodist Church and also sang in a quartet at church with her father, grandfather, and sister Lottie.
She moved to Denver in 1950 and worked for Bell Telephone Company as a supervisor. Her older sister Lottie and her husband Woody lived in Denver as well.
She met the love of her life, Maurice B. Logan and they married on November 17, 1951 in Denver Colorado. Etha had a son, David Logan and had a granddaughter Cassidy Logan .
Etha was a monthly contributor to St Jude's Hospital and was a devote mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
Etha is survived by her sister Joyce Weaver, brother-in-law Cliff Weaver of Dennison, TX, son David Logan, daughter-in-law Tonya Logan Greenwood Village CO, granddaughter Cassidy Logan and a number of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Maurice B Logan.
