

Geraldine Mae Gilbertson (Pett) was born in Kenmare, N.D. on 3-22-44 to Theordore and Voilet Gilbertson. She was active in Newport Baptist Church untell it was closed. She moved to Kenmore, and attended the 1st Baptist Church. Geraldine went to grade school in Stafford township In Norma N.D continued her education in Kenmore High School, she was active in the Band playing the snare drum. Geraldine won many honor's with her expertise. She was active in school projects such singing in the Chorus all four years and working in the lunch room, to pay for her meals. Geraldine graduated with top honers. In 1962 Geraldine went to Mounds Midway School of Nursing. She again excelled in her education, graduating with top honers in her class. Geraldine had to overcome many health issues though out her schooling, yet she still came out on top, never letting this stop Her from her goals. Geraldine married Harold (Hap) Enander in Kenmare, ND in1965. She lived in Stanley N.D., where she worked in the hospital as Director of Nursing. Her jobs included responsibility of hiring and firing of employees, and many other responsibilities to keep the hospital running smoothly at all times. Geraldine was such an outstanding employee, that Dr Covington and Dr. Bennett recommended and payed for further education at Grand Forks University. She graduated with the prestige's tittle of Physician Assistant in 1979. Gerri then spent 2 winters working as a PA in Hati for the world missions. Mr. Enander and family moved to Denver Colorado in the earlry1980's.
Geraldine worked with both Safeway food stores and Spalding Rehabilitation centers. Her job included Investigations of workman's compensation case's, helping employee's acquire there well earned retirements, due to her very effective analysis of the issues. Geraldine was offered and excepted the position of Program Manager for occupational Health and Safety, at the Super Fund site of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. She managed the Health and Safety issue of 900 contractors and three hundred government employees. Geraldine had her office at the RMA Police Department. She met and married Lt. David L. Pett. Geraldine found her Soul Mate and found happiness with Dave for 25 wonderful years. After Geraldine and Dave retired, she found a new mission, leading several prayer teams for the Appearance Ministries. She was also gifted with the ability to write prayers, for which she wrote several hundred. Geraldine is survived by Her Husband Dave in Denver, Co, children Jared in Brighten Co, Kara Loundsberry in Denver, Co, Sister Monie Loween in Minot N.D. and several cousins, and proceeded in death by parents and grand parents. Her life was will earned with a great contributions to mankind and is in eternal rest with her Father in Heaven.
